How do you ship your products?

All our products are shipped as a download. When you order from us you’ll get an email confirmiation that will contain the a link to download the products.

All the products are packaged ZIP files which can be opened by all modern operating systems without any additional software.

What software do I need in order to use your products?

We create all our training materials using Microsoft Office 2007. These files can be opened by all versions of office, but for some older versions you might need to download a small compatibility pack which is available free from the Microsoft website. Click here for the Office Compatibility pack.

I have a Mac, will I still be able to use your products?

Yes, our products are compatible with Microsoft Office for Mac 2008. Unfortunately, we don’t support iWork.

How do I get in touch with you?

You can email us at info@easytrainingtools.com and we’ll aim to get your query answered as soon as possible. In order to keep our costs (and therefore our prices) as low as possible we don’t offer telephone support.
